Papua New Guinea Kainantu Sero Lot ***SOLD OUT ***

This farm, bought by Sero Bebes eight years ago, sits 1680 meters above sea level, is over 40 years old, and part of a larger set of plantations.  Mr. Sero dry ferments his coffee for 36 hours and they take great care in cleaning and turning the coffee regularly to facilitate even drying.,  Our roast is a medium-to-heavy body, with rustic sweetness, and a hint of tropical fruit to finish.

This coffee is part of the 'Farm Gate' program from our friends at The Coffee Shrub, which means they have negotiated directly with the farmer, and guarantee prices that are at least 50%, and often more than 100%, over fair trade.
