THE FARM: The Huila region is always a favorite when it comes to Colombian coffee. In addition to high-quality – and often award-winning – green coffee beans, Huila is celebrated for its distinctly delicate cup profile, which features a balance of acidity, sweetness, and a fragrant aroma. Pitalito is the second most populous municipality in Huila, Colombia and this coffee is sourced from small, family-owned farms ranging in altitudes from 4,500-5,000 feet above sea level.

OUR ROAST: This coffee is named for the Tiple instrument, which is an instrument, of the guitar family, used in traditional Colombian music, and our roast will deliver music to your taste buds! This well-balanced cup delivers notes of milk chocolate, stone fruit, almond, and green apple, with a  medium body perfect for espresso or filter coffees. This is a great daily-drinking coffee.
